Day 1: Arrival in Haridwar – Gateway to the Char Dham

Your sacred journey begins as you arrive in Haridwar, the starting point for many Himalayan pilgrimages. Check into your hotel and relax after your journey. In the evening, attend the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri, where thousands of lamps light up the riverbanks. Overnight stay in Haridwar.

Day 2: Haridwar to Barkot – Toward Yamunotri

After breakfast, drive toward Barkot, a serene town near Yamunotri. Enjoy scenic views of Mussoorie and the lush hills along the way. On arrival, check into your hotel or camp and spend the evening resting in preparation for the next day’s trek. Overnight stay in Barkot.

Day 3: Yamunotri Darshan – First of the Char Dham

After an early breakfast, drive to Janki Chatti, the base for the Yamunotri trek. Begin your 6 km trek to the sacred Yamunotri Temple, dedicated to Goddess Yamuna. Offer prayers and take a holy dip in the warm water of Surya Kund. Later, trek back to Janki Chatti and return to Barkot. Overnight stay in Barkot.

Day 4: Barkot to Uttarkashi – Onward to Gangotri

After breakfast, check out and drive to Uttarkashi, a spiritual town on the banks of the Bhagirathi River. En route, visit the ancient Vishwanath Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. On arrival, check into your hotel. Rest and prepare for your next holy visit. Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.

Day 5: Gangotri Darshan – The Source of the Ganga

After an early breakfast, drive to Gangotri Temple, nestled among deodar forests and snow-capped peaks. Visit the sacred shrine where Goddess Ganga is believed to have descended to earth. Take blessings and spend some quiet time along the banks of the Bhagirathi River. Later, return to Uttarkashi. Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.

Day 6: Uttarkashi to Guptkashi – Toward Kedarnath

After breakfast, set out on a long but beautiful drive to Guptkashi. The route offers magnificent views of the Mandakini River and surrounding valleys. On arrival, check into your hotel. Spend the evening relaxing and preparing for the Kedarnath pilgrimage. Overnight stay in Guptkashi.

Day 7: Kedarnath Darshan – The Abode of Lord Shiva

Early morning, drive to Gaurikund, the base for the Kedarnath trek. Begin your 16 km ascent to the Kedarnath Temple (pony and helicopter options available). Visit this ancient stone temple dedicated to Lord Shiva and feel the divine presence amid towering Himalayan peaks. After darshan, return to Gaurikund and drive back to Guptkashi. Overnight stay in Guptkashi.

Day 8: Guptkashi to Badrinath – Final Dham

After breakfast, drive to Badrinath via Joshimath. On arrival, check into your hotel and visit the sacred Badrinath Temple, dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Take a holy dip in Tapt Kund, the natural hot spring, before entering the temple for evening darshan. Overnight stay in Badrinath.

Day 9: Badrinath Sightseeing and Return to Rudraprayag

After morning darshan, explore Mana Village, the last village before the Tibetan border. Visit Bhim Pul, Vyas Gufa, and Ganesh Gufa. Later, drive down to Rudraprayag and check into your hotel. Overnight stay in Rudraprayag.

Day 10: Rudraprayag to Haridwar – Return with Blessings
